Fila Korea reported net profits fell 20.2 percent in the third quarter as sales gained 1.1 percent.

Revenues in the quarter equaled KRW 927.1 million, up from KRW 917.4 million a year ago. Sales on a currency-neutral basis were down 5.1 percent. Excluding Acushnet, sales were down 6.1 percent on a reported basis and off 1.5 percent on a currency-neutral basis.

Operating profits reached KRW 110.3 million, down 29.1 percent year over year. Net income declined to KRW 75.9 million from KRW 98.5 million a year ago.

The Fila Korea segment’s sales were down 7.0 percent to KRW 113.3 million. Operating income was KRW 19.8 million, down 11.8 percent.

In the Fila USA segment, sales were down 0.9 percent to KRW 133.1 million. Operating earnings rose 15.0 percent to KRW 10.1 million.
