FFWD Wheels reports that Jurre Schipper has been appointed the company’s global sales manager, which “strengthens FFWD’s commercial impact and also further deepens the family feeling within the company.”

Schipper is the son of company founder Henk Schipper and brother of FFWD General Manager Idsart Schipper.

“With his fresh perspective, international experience and strong affinity for sports and entrepreneurship, Jurre is ready to take the next step in FFWD’s global growth,” the company wrote in a media release. “Within his role as Global Sales Manager, Jurre will focus on strengthening relationships with dealers, distributors and partners worldwide. His initial focus will be on deepening partnerships within the Benelux [region], followed by strategic expansion in continents such as Europe, Asia and beyond.”

“In the coming period, I will immerse myself in everything related to our products and markets to further promote the quality, service and customer service for which FFWD is known,” said Jurre Schipper.

The Zuhle-based company said in its release that the “addition strengthens its position as a premium brand with a clear signature: wheels built in-house (in the Netherlands), a strong sense of design and personal attention for every customer.”

“Get Confident. Go Fast. That’s what FFWD stands for,” said Jurre.

“I strongly believe in the power of a family business: short lines of communication, a clear vision and deep commitment. My goal is to make that energy tangible for all our partners worldwide. And coffee? I love to drink it together, so don’t hesitate to get in touch.”
