FESI (Federation of the European Sporting Goods Industry) hired Lars Vogt as its new Issue Manager. Vogt, a Dutch national, will be based at the FESI secretariat in Brussels. His responsibilities will include the organisation, coordination and the control of the activities related to the following Working Committees: Trade and Customs, Product Safety, Intellectual Property Rights, and Membership.
Vogt joined FESI on October 1 after a short spell at the Internal Market and Legal Affairs departments of BusinessEurope, the Confederation of European Industry.
