2.0 Ventures, a private equity firm headquartered in Salt Lake City, acquired a majority stake in Feat Clothing, Inc. Taylor Offer, who founded the California-based athleisure brand in 2014, will transition from his role as CEO to a position on the Board of Directors.
2.0 Ventures said in a statement, “While Offer will no longer operate on the day to day of the business, Feat’s core ethos, product offerings, distribution channels, and dedicated team will remain unchanged, ensuring continuity and consistency for its valued customers and stakeholders. This acquisition marks a significant milestone for both 2.0 Ventures and Feat Clothing, Inc., setting the stage for continued growth, innovation, and success in the dynamic consumer goods landscape.”
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
