Fanatics Commerce appointed three new executive leaders as the company moves towards its next phase of growth.

Stephen Dowling joins Fanatics Commerce as president of international responsible for continuing business growth outside of North America. Fanatics’ international presence has grown in recent years, with the company now operating in over 80 offices, manufacturing facilities and fulfillment centers worldwide. Dowling is based out of Fanatics’ Manchester, UK office. He joined the company from Adidas, where he led digital growth. Before that, he led the global direct-to-consumer e-commerce business at Unilever.

Valerie Love joins Fanatics Commerce as chief people officer, responsible for strategic human resources initiatives for the business. Previously, she was with the SVP of human resources at The Coca-Cola Company and held HR leadership roles at Johnson & Johnson, Tyco Integrated Security and General Motors. Love works out of Fanatics’ Jacksonville, FL office.

Justin Tsai joined the company in the newly created role of chief product officer leading its overall approach to consumer product management. Most recently, Tsai an operating executive for Silver Lake and, before that, was VP of product management and growth at GoDaddy. Tsai will also be responsible for innovating the fan experience on Fanatics’ e-commerce sites and will work with the Fanatics tech team based in the company’s San Mateo, CA office.
