Evo, the action sports and fashion apparel retailer, signed skier Wiley Miller to the Evo team. Others Evo sponsors include professional skiers Andy Mahre, Chris Benchetler, Collin Collins, Dash Longe, Eric Pollard and Tim McChesney.
Miller said, “I'm honored to be a part of the team because I feel Evo carries respect from the core of our sport. Evo carries brands born of the next generation in freeskiing.”
Miller brings a resume full of featured segments in Level 1 Productions’ films including the closing segment in their 2009 release, Refresh. Last season, Wiley earned the title of fan favorite in the X Games’ inaugural Real Ski video contest.
Team Manager Chris Shalbot said, “Wiley’s talent on snow is matched by a strong work ethic and desire for perfection.
Wiley is very conscious of his own brand and critical of his work. It’s an honor to have him feel like he’s found a good fit with us. His loyalty and dEvotion to mutual success have made him a great asset for 4FRNT, Spy, Saga and now Evo.”
This season, Wiley plans to film with Level 1 for their Fall 2014 release, as well as another 4FRNT team project.
Evo operates a flagship store in the Fremont/Wallingford neighborhood in Seattle.
