Everlast Worldwide Inc. has agreed to an exclusive equipment and apparel contract with current Bellator Lightweight World Champion, Michael Chandler. Under the agreement, Chandler will fight in Everlast competition apparel and train exclusively with Everlast equipment. Additionally, he will play a prominent role in direct to consumer and retail marketing initiatives internationally.
The undefeated Chandler will defend his belt against David Rickles on July 31st in New Mexico. The event will mark the second installment of Bellator's “Summer Series” in 2013.
