Everlane, the direct-to-consumer apparel brand, has hired Sophie Bambuck, former global VP of brand marketing for Nike Sportswear, as its first chief marketing officer.

Bambuck had been with Nike for 13 years, most recently VP, global brand marketing, Nike Sportswear, since March 2019. Prior roles include VP, chief marketing officer, Converse; senior marketing director, Nike Sportswear, Western Europe; and brand director, running, North America.

Matt Gehring, formerly SVP of growth at Rothy’s, has joined Everlane as GM, e-commerce.
