The Eastern Outdoor Res Association (EORA) reports good vendor participation at all four of its upcoming summer trade shows, which are open to specialty outdoor retailers interested in lifestyle, specialty run, bike, resort, paddle sports, and other categories.

EORA's kicks of the season's trade shows next week in Somerset, NJ (June 16-18) and Greenville, SC (June 16-18). Shows in Lakeland, FL (June 23-24) and Manchester, NH (June 23-25) follow.

EORA says participation has increased at all four shows and reached capacity in New Hampshire, where reps will exhibit 305 product lines at 222 booths.

At the Greenville show, where pre-registered attendees are up over 50 percent from last year, footwear and apparel industry expert Marty Cohen will present a session on forecasting, including  case studies that highlight how forecasting and open to buy planning can change the life of the outdoor retailer.

EORA is a not-for-profit association that produces regional tradeshows that bring together over 500 sales reps and 2,300 retailers each year in the Eastern US. Initially focused on traditional specialty outdoor, EORA has since expanded to encompass a wide array of retail categories, including lifestyle, specialty run, bike, resort, paddle sports, and more. EORA was founded in 1979 and has grown steadily in membership over the years.
