Eastern Mountain Sports celebrated the official grand opening of its new location in Harvard Square, which was named the new flagship store for the New England-based company. Its reformatted store is double the size of its previous location and allows for “a more experiential customer visit.”
One new feature of Eastern Mountain Sports new store layout, is an interactive “Hub” where customers can thumb through outdoor reading materials, check online for product and travel updates, and meet with friends to schedule their next outdoor adventure trip
