Elevate Outdoor Collective, headquartered in Seattle, WA announced a shift in its global sales team structure with a focus on amplifying independent brand growth.
The change, which went into effect in June 2022, moves the current sales structure to a single team in each region supporting the company’s 12 EOC brands. Each global region will have one commercial sales leader with supporting category leads for its ski, snowboard and outdoor brands, reporting to John Colonna, CEO, and joining its senior leadership team.
Elevate Outdoor Collective’s wintersports brands includes K2 Ski, K2 Snowboards, Völkl, Marker, Dalbello, LINE, RIDE, BCA, Tubb Snowshoes, Atlas Snowshoes, Madshus and K2 Skates brands.
“Elevate Outdoor Collective’s brands have undergone significant growth across the globe. The sales team structure will help shape growth in the coming years and help create synergies between brands and categories across key regions,” said Jason Tobak, CFO. To support these changes, Elevate Outdoor Collective has looked to key internal staff to fill the new roles. Among the changes:
- The company promoted 25-year veteran employee Peter Kuba to EU general manager over all Elevate Outdoor Collective brands.
- Greg Grip steps into his new role as vice-president, U.S. sales for the U.S. business across all Elevate Outdoor Collective brands.
- Dominic McKenna moves into a similar role as Canada GM over all brands and will continue to work in parallel with its U.S. business.
