Elevate Outdoor Collective (EOC) hired Jon Roy as chief marketing officer. Previously, Roy was the vice president of Global Energy Brand Marketing at Converse.

Prior roles for Roy while working at Converse included global senior director, Energy Brand Marketing; global design director, Retail Design; and experience global design director, Retail Design & Experience. Before Converse, he held the global consumer experience director position at Nike Sportswear.
