ECCO has expanded the roles of two of its senior sales staff through its “Sales Force Deployment” initiative designed to further retailer support and increase sell-through of its premium men’s and women’s golf collections.  Under the augmented service model, Joe Allen, Regional Field Sales, Golf Division and Pam Rossman, Senior Field Sales, will manage national sales initiatives enhancing the customer experience through education, merchandising, events and promotions.

“Our goal is to continually enhance the overall service that we provide both our sales representatives and retailers,” says CB Tuite, General Sales Manager, ECCO USA Golf Division. “This expansion allows us to be even more responsive to the needs of our green-grass and off-course accounts and engage them in successful and profitable partnerships.”

Allen will travel nationally co-managing key accounts and will also have an increased focus on the East to provide as-needed sales force assistance and supervise business within select retailer accounts. Rossman’s efforts will include servicing customers and team members throughout the Western portion of the country.

These broadened roles coincide with the brand’s recent addition of 16 new sales representatives and several major customer service initiatives, including the new ECCO Golf Comfort Tech Van, a web-based retailer training module and the company’s status as an official member of the Association of Golf Merchandisers.
