Alliance Telemedia, Inc. (ATI), a California corporation based in Glendora, CA, will open an all electric bicycle shop in the neighboring city of San Dimas, CA on Dec. 17, 2009. ATI's eBike brand iRoll will use the eBike Direct store outlet and online store to promote the sale of electric bicycles, and use eBikeShareUSA to focus on the rental and bike sharing operations of the business.

The store is a 7,500 SQF prime retail location at 802 W. Arrow Hwy, in San Dimas at the Target center, and is also available online at www.ebikedirect.com. The shop will feature state-of-the-art repair facilities as well as an inside test track. EBike Direct will promote iRoll electric bicycles with a direct to consumer sales model. We have developed a base in China to source and organize our products and control our quality. We will deliver a full line of tested and extensively enhanced electric bicycles to meet the iRoll security requirements of any eBike at factory direct prices.

The eBike Direct concept will allow clients to purchase eBikes at much lower prices than is currently available, and at the same time deliver top quality parts, service, repair, and support.

EBikes are now able to travel up to 20 miles on a single overnight charge and our eBike prices will start from $399 and up. Electric bicycles will also be rented from this location by our eBikeShareUSA division, which has developed an automated eBike sharing system and is currently promoting it all over the world.
