Three Dynamic Research Technologies executive have been promoted.

Previous DRT Ammo production & plant manager Dustin Worrell is the company’s new president.

He worked with DRT Ammo in bullet production since day one, heading up all bullet research and development for the past three years. Dustin played an integral part in DRT's monumental achievement of moving hand-made technology to mass production. As lead designer, he developed the revolutionary concept well beyond what was originally thought possible. Dustin successfully took developed for soft targets and made it as barrier blind as any other non-bonded hollow point bullet. Directing the entire 4 building facility, Dustin has taken DRT's annual production to its current level of 80,000,000 rounds annually.

DRT Ammo Chief Financial Officer Ashley Worrell has been promoted from national accounts manager.

Ashley has overseen all accounting for DRT during the previous year and now takes on all duties associated with financially guiding DRT into 2014. She owned her own business and has experience in successfully guiding a small business through the changing economic landscape. Her knowledge of DRT financial operations and her growth with the company dates to 2012 when DRT had fewer than twenty employees. Along with her brother Dustin, Ashley and the entire Worrell family are leading this family business into its next evolution of expansion.

DRT Ammos new Vice President of Sales and Marketing is Nathan Dudney.
As Sales Director, Nathan Dudney headed DRT sales for the past two and a half years, developing its current sales program and manufacturer’s representative network. In the past two years he proved instrumental in taking annual sales from a few million rounds to more than 80,000,000 rounds.

With the recent addition of Academy Sports, Dick's Sporting Goods, Gander Mountain, and Big 5 Sporting Goods, DRT is represented nation-wide through chain stores, as well as their more than 300 independent dealer stores. Nathan has worked not only to achieve these sporting goods relationships for DRT, but has also been successful in building DRT's law enforcement user list to include more than 60 city and county agencies, 4 Federal agencies, and one state wide agency.
