New Balance's Dunham Bootmaker division has added Kevin Quinn and Dan Calabrese to its Marketing Department. As Senior Product Development Manager Kevin Quinn will drive and manage the research and development efforts for all the brand's product lines. He will specifically execute the development process for Dunham's work and outdoor performance categories.
In the role of Assistant Product Development Manager, Dan Calabrese is responsible for managing the development process of Dunham's products in the men's casual category.
Both will be based in the company's Boston headquarters.

We're excited to have them on our team and know that their first-rate marketing and product development experience will play a major role in driving Dunham's future growth within the industry,” said Steve Ettridge, Division Manager for Dunham.
Kevin Quinn comes to Dunham from Nike. During Quinn's seven years at Nike, he oversaw the product direction process for the Tennis and Indoor Court categories. While at Nike, Quinn was responsible for managing all the design and development aspects of the footwear product creation process for the company's key strategic partners such as Venator, Foot Action and Finish Line. Prior to Nike, Quinn was with Reebok where he served in a variety of capacities including Product Marketing Manager and Development Manager in Jakarta Indonesia. Quinn earned his bachelor of science from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.
Dan Calabrese comes to Dunham after spending ten years at the Florsheim Group, where he was the Director of Design and Development for the Florsheim Casual and John Deere footwear collections. Calabrese was most recently with Sundar Footwear, where he worked with product design and development in creating stylish and comfortable men and women's footwear. Before going to Sundar, he was one of the three founders of PatchMail, Inc, a permission marketing company that launched in the Minneapolis/ St. Paul market. Calabrese is a graduate of Triton College in River Grove, Illinois.
