Down River Equipment, manufacturer and supplier of river equipment, re-opened its new home on December 27, according to Co-owners Jason Peter, Zach Svoboda and Phil Walczynski
“We’ve really stepped up our showroom presentation as well as doubled our production and warehouse space. All of which will make us more efficient and provide a better customer experience. We’re only a mile south of our previous spot, so still happy to be in Wheat Ridge and have convenient access on the western edge of the Denver area right off I-70.” Said Peter.
“Our new location will allow us to continue the tradition that was started by the founders, Dennis Schell & Greg Yeager, 31 years ago and carried on 15 years ago by Christine Wolfe and Mike Prosser. It will also support our goal to expand outreach and involvement in the outdoor & paddle sports community,” added Svoboda.
With a combined experience of more than 35 years; long time employees Jason, Zach and Phil became the new owners of Down River on September 27, 2013 and are carrying on DRE traditions while ushering in a new era at Down River.
