Following its recent and ongoing global re-branding strategy, Hi-Tec Sports is appointming of Simon Dowell as the new Group Product Director.
As Group Product Director, Simon will be appointed to the main board and will have full responsibility for the Group's product development, design and sourcing functions.
Simon, a qualified lawyer, started his career with Hi-Tec 8 years ago as in-house lawyer before being “seduced” by the far more interesting commercial side of the sports footwear business.
In addition to his new responsibilities, Simon will continue in his current role as Managing Director of Hi-Tec Sports International until such time as the right successor has been found.
Simon Dowell said, “As we implement our new Global approach towards marketing and product, this is a very exciting time to be involved with Hi-Tec and my challenge is to build the team that will deliver the product we need to secure the rightful position of our Hi-Tec and Magnum brands in the Global marketplace”.
