Dillard’s Inc. announced the launch of Antonio Melani Active, an activewear brand “inspired by a fitness-focused lifestyle with a fashion-forward attitude.”
The collection includes active tops, tanks, tees and jackets as well as leggings, sports bras and shorts. Technical details include ergonomic compression and strategically-placed ventilation. The line is currently featured in 150 Dillard’s locations and online at www.dillards.com.
Dillard’s VP of merchandising, Alexandra Dillard Lucie said, “The active movement represents empowerment, inclusion and innovation, timelessness and elegance. Our goal is to dress our customer for all aspects of her life. We haven’t offered something this customer can feel comfortable and chic in running around town. Antonio Melani Active is more upscale. It gives her that athleisure approach. Every element of these garments has really been thought through with a lot of purpose and intent.”
