Dillard's Inc. reported total January revenues dipped 1 percent to $363.5 million. Comparable store sales were unchanged for the 27 days ended Jan. 28.
Sales for the 13 weeks ended Jan. 28, 2012 were $1.95 billion versus $1.91 billion, gain of 2 percent. Comparable store sales increased 3 percent for the 13 weeks ended January 28, 2012.
Sales for the 52 weeks were $6.2 billion compared to sales of $6.02 billion a year ago. Total sales increased 3 percent. Comparable store sales increased 4 percent for the 52 weeks ended Jan. 28, 2012.
During the 27 days ended Jan. 28, 2012, sales were consistent with trend in the Eastern region, slightly below trend in the Western region and below trend in the Central region. Sales in shoes and home and furniture were significantly above trend while sales in men's apparel and accessories were significantly below trend.
