Dick’s Sporting Goods will be opening two new Dick’s Sporting Goods stores in April in Waco, TX and North Little Rock, AR.
The Waco store is at Richland Mall at 6100 West Waco Drive. The North Little Rock store is at McCain Plaza at 4188 East McCain Blvd.
With these new stores opening, Dick’s will have 727 Dick’s Sporting Goods stores nationwide in 47 states. The new Dick’s locations will bring approximately 135 collective jobs to two communities through the hiring of full-time, part-time and temporary associates for these stores.
“We are true believers that sports are a great way to not only bring people together, but also give athletes the confidence and sense of belonging that will benefit them in their everyday lives,” said Scott Hudler, senior vice president and chief marketing officer, Dick’s. “We are excited to meet the athletes and outdoor enthusiasts in the Waco and Little Rock communities and look forward to helping them pursue their goals.”
For each grand opening weekend, customers will receive the chance to win great prizes and meet several special guests, such as former college and professional quarterback Robert Griffin III in Waco and former college and professional running back Darren McFadden, in Little Rock.
