HealthSport, Inc. has reached an agreement with Dick's Sporting
Goods  to become an authorized distributor of Enlyten SportStrips.

Dick's Sporting Goods plans on initially rolling out distribution of
the Grape and Vanilla Berry SportStrips flavors in stores across New
York State and parts of northern Pennsylvania in early July. JP Losman
will be featured in Enlyten's marketing campaigns for Dick's Sporting
Goods promoting the importance of electrolyte replenishment and
hydration. Losman will also be featured on Dick's Sporting Goods
point-of-sales materials at store level.

“Dick's Sporting Goods is a perfect choice for us to begin our retail
presence especially because every person that walks into Dick's
Sporting Goods can benefit from Enlyten SportStrips. Our new product
has been viewed by professional teams and athletic trainers as a
scientific breakthrough,” commented Enlyten, Inc. Director of Business
Development Bill Mauro. Enlyten, Inc., a subsidiary of HealthSport, was
created to market and distribute HealthSport's electrolyte strip
products. “Enlyten SportStrips are a great complement to the wide
variety of quality products Dick's Sporting Goods already has to offer.
Together we can help to enhance athletes overall experience and
performance.”

The company said Enlyten SportStrips replace the electrolytes lost
during vigorous workouts through a proprietary delivery system. This
mode of absorption is very different from all electrolyte delivery
predecessors. When placed between the cheek and gum, gastric absorption
is bypassed, speeding higher levels of electrolytes directly into the
bloodstream. Not only does it dramatically improve hydration on a
cellular level, but it also helps athletes to avoid the problems caused
by excessive fluid consumption which is often associated with sports
drinks. Known scientifically to be an extremely fast and efficient way
to deliver drug actives into the bloodstream, buccal absorption
bypasses the inherent drawbacks of gastric absorption, an Achilles heel
for many athletes who struggle with fatigue, cramping and hydration
issues.
