Dick’s Sporting Goods plans to open a two-level, 105,000-square-foot store at Ridgedale Center mall Minnetonka, MN, according to the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal.
The opening was confirmed in a letter to the city from Brookfield Properties, a subsidiary of the Toronto-based owner Brookfield Property Partners, that recently acquired the property.
The Dick’s store will replace the majority of a Sears location that closed in late 2018.
The report noted Dick’s has a location at West Ridge Market just a mile away from Ridgedale, and West Ridge owner CSM Corp. is marketing the 101,000-square-foot store for lease.
