Dick’s Sporting Goods annnounced that Edward Stack, Lawrence Schorr and Jacqualyn Fouse were reelected to its board of directors. Each for terms that expire in 2014.
Stack, 56, has served as chairman and chief executive officer since 1984, when the founder and Edward Stack’s father, Richard “Dick” Stack, retired from the then two store chain.
Schorr, 57, has served on the board since 1985. He currently serves as chief executive officer of Boltaron Performance Products, LLC (a privately owned plastics manufacturing company).
Fouse, 49, was elected to the board in September 2010. Fouse currently serves as chief financial officer of Celgene Corporation (a global biopharmaceutical company listed on Nasdaq).
Schorr, 57, has served on the board since 1985. He currently serves as chief executive officer of Boltaron Performance Products, LLC (a privately owned plastics manufacturing company).
