Dick's Sporting Goods approved new three-year terms for two members of its board of directors.

Emanuel Chirico, 52, chairman of the Phillips-Van Heusen Corp., and Walter Rossi, 67, the former CEO of Naartjie Custom Kids as well as a top executive in a number of other retail chains, were both re-elected at the company's annual meeting held at the Hyatt Regency at the Pittsburgh International Airport.

A third director decided not to seek another term. Brian J. Dunn, 50, had served on the board since 2007 and was named CEO of Best Buy Co. last year. Dick's SG said it will identify a candidate for that slot “in due course.”
