Dickies added new hires to its marketing and consumer direct teams.

  • Troy Kerr began working for Dickies in December 2022 as director of strategic partnerships, purpose and integrations. Kerr is the contact for marketing initiatives, including Dickies Skate Plaza at Fire Station Park, scheduled to open in Fort Worth, TX, in late spring 2023. He also manages strategic brand partnerships.
  • Erin Rountree joined the company as director of brand marketing for its Work Inspired business. Rountree leads the strategy for Dickies’ lifestyle category, which drafts off the brand’s workwear roots and executes global marketing initiatives.
  • Kyle Martin, director of brand marketing for the Work business, began his position in January 2023.
  • Ryan Stephens is the senior art director working in partnership with Matt Lambert, senior director, global creative. Stephens is responsible for executing the global marketing strategy for content production. 

In addition to marketing new hires, Dickies is building up its direct-to-consumer organization by adding Kizzy Ezirio as director of digital content and experience, reporting to VP, direct-to-consumer, Bram Hutchinson.
