Defiant Snowboards has hired Allan Elliott as Sales Director for Southern California. Formerly living in Lake Tahoe and riding up and down the west coast he since moved back home to San Diego. Allan brings with him many years of experience, relationships and working knowledge of the action sports retail and manufacturing industry.
The company also welcomes Kyle Sullivan, from the East Coast area. Named “Hobo of the Year”, by Transworld Snowboard magazine in April 2004, Kyle is not only a sales rep for Defiant but will also be one of our key team riders. He will be competing in both boardercross and freestyle. Michael Bay will be tackling the Illinois and surrounding areas.
Scott Bringham is from Utah and will be Defiant's Sales Rep for that state. Scott comes to Defiant with years of knowledge. He has been an avid snowboarder for over 11 years and used to work for Wintersteiger (who makes machines that tune boards), so his knowledge on construction and repairs is exceptional. Defiant is also going to be known in South America.
Shaun Sheffield joined Defiant as the company's new Director of Sales for South America, in charge of developing Defiant's market south of the border. Shaun originally moved to Santiago, Chile to explore mountaineering feats. His riding experience spans 12 years and 3 continents. Shaun brings considerable sales, marketing and strategic business planning experience to the Defiant team, and we are glad to have him aboard. And last but not least, we are currently working with a Japanese Distributor, to break through into Japan.
