Decked, the manufacturer of American-made storage and organization systems for pickup trucks and cargo vans. hired Wanda Rozwadowska as VP of sales. The company said in a release that Rozwadowska brings “13 years of sales and marketing experience in the outdoor, sports and active lifestyle industries to drive the brand’s next phase of growth and product launches.”

Rozwadowska will lead the sales department, overseeing commercial and growth strategy. Her expertise and leadership working with high-profile brands will reportedly play a major role as Decked prepares to release its next generation of products and grow within the outdoor and action sports industries.

Before joining Decked, Rozwadowska led global teams at Blackcrows after having worked at Nike, where she held various senior roles in sales merchandising across product and consumer constructs in North America.
