Decathlon Taps DJM for Lease Disposition

DJM Asset Management, a real estate consultant firm, late last week announced it is assisting Decathlon Sports in the disposition of leases for 14 select Decathlon locations in New England.

As announced earlier, Decathlon Stores is closing the stores as part of a restructuring. The closing stores are in Medford, Saugus, Danvers, Chelmsford, Braintree, Brockton, Newton, Natick and North Attleboro, MA as well as Bedford, Nashua and Newington, New Hampshire and South Portland, Maine.

The Decathlon locations include retail stores within major shopping centers. The stores range in size from 24,000 to 56,296 square feet.
