Dead Air Silencers hired Dallin Hanchett as customer service manager working from the new Dead Air Silencers headquarters in Heber City, UT.
“My goal is to improve all aspects of the customer’s journey once they have reached out to our team by delivering exceptional communication and customer service,” said Hanchet. “I have worked in the industry for nine years, and I look forward to this new endeavor.”
Since his onboarding, Hanchett has worked to update and streamline the department from implementing a new phone system to recruiting and hiring additional personnel to meet the company’s increased consumer inquiries as well as generating the highest level of customer experience satisfaction.
