David Pruitt, Performance Bicycle’s CEO since 2011, stepped down last month following the company’s August sale to Advanced Sports International (ASI), according to a report from Bicycle Retailer.
Pat Cunnane, ASI’s CEO, was named Performance’s interim president. He remains CEO of ASI, the parent of Fuji, Breezer, Kestrel, SE Bikes and other cycling brands.
