Daniel Defense announced the appointment of James Baltzegar as chief operating officer (COO). Baltzegar brings extensive experience in operations leadership and business transformation, having held executive roles at Aramark, WestRock, and other industry-leading companies.
Daniel Defense said in a media release that “as a Certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, [Baltzegar’s] strategic initiatives have led to millions in cost savings and revenue growth, making him an invaluable addition to the leadership team.
“As COO, James is critical in enhancing operations, strengthening supply chain capabilities and ensuring top-tier quality and customer service,” continued Daniel Defense.
