PrimaLoft-Insulation Technology has promoted Steve Cuthbert to the newly created position of National Sales
Manager in charge of new business development and sales of PrimaLoft Yarn. Beginning August 7, 2006, Rodney Lane will replace Cuthbert as Eastern US Territory Manager responsible for expanding new business opportunities in
the Eastern US for PrimaLoft in the outdoor, wintersports and apparel markets.

Cuthbert joined PrimaLoft as Eastern US Territory Manager in 2004. As
Territory Manager, he was successful in penetrating new accounts and
strengthening the PrimaLoft brand in the outdoor and apparel markets.
Previously, Cuthbert held positions in account sales and product management
with Malden Mills in Lawrence, MA. He has a B.S. in Textile Management and
Marketing from Philadelphia College of Textiles and Science and an M.S. in
Textile Technology from the Institute of Textile Technology in
Charlottesville, VA. Cuthbert reports directly to Joe Rumiesz, PrimaLoft VP
and General Manager, and is based out of the PrimaLoft headquarters in

Lane was most recently a Product Development Specialist with The Orvis
Company based in Manchester, Vermont. Prior to joining Orvis, Lane spent 20
years with L.L. Bean. He began his career there as an Assistant Product
Manager and advanced within the company to various positions to include
Product Development Manager, International Merchandise Manager, and finally
Retail Merchandise Manager. Lane holds a B.S. in Economics from Villanova
University, Villanova, PA. He will report directly to Eileen Berner,
PrimaLoft Sales Director, and be based out of Topsham, Maine. Lane can be
