The CSGA announced two new hires to aid in delivering its latest products and services, including the newly launched
Sport-trade Directory and a soon to be produced industry newsletter service.
Sheila Johnston joins the CSGA in the roll of Co-ordinator of Directories
and Circulation. In this newly created role, Sheila will be responsible for
all production and circulation related issues of the CSGA's latest launch
product, the Sport-trade Directory. Before joining the CSGA Sheila spent the
last 17 years working at Rennie Media. Her primary responsibility was
managing and publishing the annual Desk Reference Directory and Hockey
Directory. Other responsibilities included Circulation Manager, Customer
Service Manager and Magazine Traffic Manager.
In another newly created role, Kelly Falls assumes the position of Sales
Manager where she will be responsible for selling the Sport-trade Directory,
as well as new products and services moving forward – including the CSGA's
launch of a newsletter service. Kelly brings more than18 years of
advertising sales experience to the CSGA, including a proven stint at Rennie
Media, as well as with many top magazines in Canada. Her reputation in the
publishing industry is built on strengthening relationships and exceeding
customer service expectations.
