Crunch Fitness promoted Molly Long from chief experience officer to chief operating officer (COO), effective August 12, 2024.
Long reportedly brings 14 years of experience to the role, having worked at Crunch Fitness since 2023 and before that at 7-Eleven with a “proven track record for leading transformational change and championing the member experience for large organizations.”

As COO, Long is responsible for “driving operational excellence, delivering high-quality experiences to members, and supporting the company’s growth and long-term vision.”
