Crocs, Inc. appointed Becky Gebhardt to the company's newly created position of senior creative director. A 15-year advertising veteran with a prestigious track record, Gebhardt will be responsible for driving concept creation for Crocs' multi-channel sales and brand strategies, as well as for the online and in-store Crocs customer experience.

“Gebhardt has an extraordinary talent for conceptualizing compelling consumer brand marketing solutions that will broaden Crocs awareness, increase sales and enhance customer loyalty,” said John McCarvel, President and Chief Executive Officer for Crocs. “Her understanding of the brand's new positioning and expanding product line will help us continue to elevate and evolve the Crocs brand globally.”

Prior to joining Crocs, Gebhardt served as vice president of creative, public relations and online experience for Avelle, Inc., a premier Internet destination featuring designer accessories, where she was responsible for overseeing concept development. Additionally, Gebhardt brings vast knowledge of the apparel and footwear industry, having served as vice president of creative at Land's End, one of the world's largest retailers of clothing for the family. At Land's End she was responsible for driving $1.5 billion in annual sales through creative execution of campaigns in all sales channels, across all company divisions.
