Crocs announced that construction has begun on its largest distribution center in Europe to be located in Dordrecht, the Netherlands.
The warehouse, which will span across 376,735 square feet, is expected to open in April 2021 and create between 200 to 350 jobs. Crocs will partly use the new location for storage for the web store but also for supplying store branches and handling returns.
SVP and General Manager of Crocs Europe BV, Adrian Holloway, said in a statement, “These are exciting times for the Crocs brand, and we are pleased to announce the construction of the new distribution center. The new building enables us to improve the support of our customers and we are very proud to move within the same region in the Netherlands. We look forward to supporting the local community.”
