Cotopaxi hired Brad Hiranaga as its chief brand officer.  He joins the company from General Mills where he held the position of chief marketing officer.

Hiranaga is responsible for driving the continued growth of the brand, including purpose, experience and image. He oversees marketing, advertising, creative, design, community, experiences, public relations, and activation. He joined the company in September 2022.
