Costco Wholesale Corporation reported net sales of $3.41 billion for the four weeks ended August 31, 2003, an increase of 13 % from $3.02 billion in the same four-week period of the prior fiscal year.

For the 16-week fiscal fourth quarter ended August 31, 2003, the Company reported net sales of $13.42 billion, an increase of 11 % from $12.05 billion during last year's fiscal fourth quarter.

For the 52-week fiscal year ended August 31, 2003, the Company reported net sales of $41.70 billion, an increase of 10 % from $37.99 billion during the prior fiscal year.
