Correct Craft acquired Indmar Marine Engines, the manufacturer of inboard marine engines.
Indmar will be operated by Correct Craft, a subsidiary of Liberty Technologies, which also manages PCM Engines, Crusader Engines, Levitator Engines, and Velvet Drive Transmissions.
Indmar will continue to operate independently, retaining its brand and employees. It will also continue operating from its Millington, TN headquarters and supply its boat-building manufacturers and network of dealers.
