Bob Corliss and Don Camacho have resigned, effective July 1, 2007 from their positions at The Athlete's Foot and NexCen Brands, Inc. Chuck Zona, EVP of brand management and licensing for NexCen Brands, will serve in the interim role of acting president of NexCen Franchise Management, to fill the role of Mr. Corliss. James Haran, EVP of M&A and operations for NexCen will serve in the interim role of acting VP of finance for NexCen Franchise Management to fill the role of Mr. Camacho.
Both Mr. Corliss and Mr. Camacho will continue to serve in the role of
transitional advisors through the third quarter of 2007 and at that time
will move on to pursue other interests.
In a letter, Robert D'Loren, president and CEO of NexCen Brands said, “After selling his interest in The Athlete's Foot to NexCen Brands last
year, Mr. Corliss is confident that now is the time for him to move on
to the next step in his career. We appreciate the years of service that
both of them have given to The Athlete's Foot and NexCen Brands, and we
wish them well in their endeavors moving forward.
