Confluence Watersports announces the restructuring of its sales organization. The new structure features four regional sales managers who will be responsible for the sales representatives and sales activities in their respective territory and will report to Kelley Woolsey, EVP Marketing and Sales. Additionally, Patrick FitzGerald will shift back to handling international sales as VP International Sales and Marketing.

“With this new structure Confluence will be able to better serve its dealers and be more efficient in mobilizing its sales team,” said Tom Nathanson, Confluence Watersports acting CEO.

Under the reorganization, New England Principle Sales Representative Mike MacDonald will take on the responsibility of regional sales management for the entire east coast ranging from Maine to Florida. Greg Larson and David Larson will continue to manage the Eastern Great Lakes and Western Great Lakes regions respectively, and Joel McBride will assume responsibility for the territory west of the Rockies. Previously, Confluence’s sales organization was divided into eight territories.

FitzGerald was promoted to VP Sales in November of last year and with the restructuring, is moving back to handling international sales as well as marketing. While FitzGerald spent 13 of his 14 years with Confluence handling international sales, he did not have marketing responsibilities.

As a result of FitzGerald’s move back into international sales, Tony Turner, who had been handling international sales since November, will transition to a domestic sales representative position in the Eastern US.
