The Coleman Company is launching initiatives to strengthen its mass store sales organization, while refocusing the sales force mandate to better support its enhanced specialty store sales initiatives. Under the new structure, the mass retail effort will be led by Randy Brillhart, currently Coleman’s SVP of sales.

Brillhart will continue to oversee Canada and also be a key member of the management team leading Coleman into the emerging Asian consumer market.

The company has also established a VP of specialty sales position that has yet to be filled. Until the search is complete, Larry Myers, currently VP, field sales, and Tim Daniels, VP, special markets, will manage the function and report to Randy Brillhart.
