Cole Haan, the global American lifestyle, footwear and accessories brand, reported signing an exclusive agreement with Catapult Group to introduce a new performance apparel division. Through the partnership, the company will launch Cole Haan Golf Apparel globally in Spring 2026, with racket sports and performance lifestyle collections to follow.
The milestone marks a new chapter in Cole Haan’s product assortment, building on its nearly 100-year legacy and deep roots in golf, beginning with Co-founder Eddie Haan’s patented golf shoe features in 1940.
“Since re-entering the golf footwear category in 2021, we have been focused on a journey to bring well-designed, high-quality performance footwear and apparel to professionals and enthusiasts who live a 24/7 lifestyle—from the back nine to the corner office and everywhere in between,” said Jack Boys, CEO at Cole Haan. “With Scott Davis and the Catapult team as our partners, we have the proven expertise needed to deliver on products at the intersection of style and performance — bringing a uniquely Cole Haan perspective to one of the world’s fastest-growing sports.”
Davis will lead the investment and serve as president of Cole Haan Golf at Catapult, overseeing global strategy and go-to-market operations. Davis has over 25 years of experience working in global fashion and with golf brands and top-tier retailers and is “known for driving growth and brand evolution,” said Cole Haan.
“It’s a true honor to operate as President of Cole Haan Golf at Catapult and help steward a brand celebrated for nearly a century of craftsmanship, innovation, and timeless American style,” said Davis. “As a longtime PGA professional, I am deeply proud to bring my experience in the game to this exciting new chapter — introducing a golf apparel collection that merges performance with sophistication and extending the brand’s legacy into the world of golf. This initiative underscores our commitment to meeting the evolving needs of today’s athletes while staying true to the values that have defined Cole Haan for generations.”
The exclusive agreement pairs Cole Haan’s design legacy with Catapult’s growth platform, spanning product development, production, merchandising, marketing, and sales across the golf and sports marketplaces. The line will include lifestyle apparel that transitions from work to sport to leisure. Together, the companies will expand Cole Haan’s performance footprint and engage new customers through “premium, versatile products and targeted distribution.”
Having successfully launched footwear within the golf, running, and tennis categories, Cole Haan said, “This entry into performance apparel reinforces [the company’s] commitment to democratizing performance innovation—offering technically advanced, style-forward products for a generation always on the move.”
