Chattanooga Shooting Supplies (CSS) has hired Paul Walters as its new buyer. Walters reportedly brings over a decade of expertise in sales, account management and strategic marketing within the firearms and tactical gear industries.
Walters most recently served as a buyer at Primary Arms Government, where he reportedly played a key role in procurement, pricing strategy and forecasting. Prior, he was an assistant buyer at Unity Tactical, focused on inventory and materials. CSS said he is also “recognized for his contributions in digital advertising, event marketing and product lifecycle management that align with Chattanooga Shooting Supplies’ growth initiatives.”
“His deep understanding of dealer and distributor relationships, paired with hands-on leadership in product development and advertising, positions him as a formidable asset to the Chattanooga Shooting Supplies team,” the company continued in a media release.
“Paul stood out because he combines industry expertise with a strong network in both the tactical and recreational firearms communities,” said Bill Sumner, president of Chattanooga Shooting Supplies. “His hands-on product knowledge and ability to execute complex sales strategies made him the right fit to lead our business development efforts into the next chapter of expansion and innovation.”
