ITC Rules Insta360 Infringed on GoPro Patents

Adobe: Amazon Prime Day Drives 30.3 percent Rise in U.S. Online Spending

The Prime Day sale that ran for four days from Tuesday, July 8 to Friday, July 11 helped boost online spending sales across all Uretailers in the U.S. by 30.3 percent to $24.1 billion, according to Adobe, Inc., which tracked the activity, topping its estimate for 28.4 percent growth for the period ending July 11.

Recall: Giant Bicycle’s Momentum Vida E+ E-Bikes

Giant Bicycle has reported in a voluntary recall that the fork steerer tube on the affected bikes could crack, break or separate during use, posing a fall hazard. Giant Bicycles has received four reports of broken fork steerer tubes, with no reported injuries.

Recall: Ozark Trail Water Bottles Sold at Walmart

Walmart said it received three reports of consumers who were injured when struck in the face by a lid forcefully ejected from these bottles upon opening. Two consumers suffered permanent vision loss after being struck in the eye.
