Cascade, a head protection manufacturer in lacrosse, announced the sponsorship of the National Prospect Elite 80.
The Cascade National Prospect Elite 80 is geared to maximize athletic recruiting opportunities for the girls and boys graduating in 2018 and 2019. Multiple sessions are available in the fall that provide regional access that offer affordable convenience helping to reduce time and travel costs, as opposed to national events that force people to travel longer distances. Nominations are being accepted now for the Prospect Elite Series, which starts October 22.
“Cascade is proud to be the title sponsor of an event that focuses not only on the player’s ability, but also his/her academics and community involvement,” commented Nicholas Skally, director of product and brand marketing for Cascade Maverik Lacrosse. “Partnering with a world class event organization like Legacy Global Sports is crucial to getting closer to our end consumer and providing them opportunities to interact with the brand and learn more about our passion to protect.”
Player nominations are evaluated and scored based on completeness of the online nomination form or coach referral by a panel comprised of individuals that are committed to helping others through academic, athletic and community initiatives.
“When looking at potential partners it’s hard to beat the industry leader and a staple of lacrosse at all levels,” stated Joel Franklin, general manager of Lacrosse for Legacy Global Sports. “Aside from Cascade’s market-leading position, it’s important that we’re working with a passionate organization that has the same goal of providing the best possible experience to all our participants.”
