Cascade Designs, Inc. hired Minor Harris as VP of Human Resources, who will work from the company’s Reno, NV office.
The parent company of the MSR, Therm-a-Rest, Platypus, SealLine, PackTowl, and Varilite brands said Harris brings more than twenty years of experience to the role and, most recently, was the head of people and culture at the Washington-based aerospace manufacturer, Korry Electronics.
Harris will oversee all facets of HR to “ensure that the right people are in place” to develop, design and manufacture the company’s recreational product lines. In addition, Harris is responsible for the “right level of training and development as well as the appropriate level of compensation, benefits and support,” for Cascade Design’s employees.
