Canada Goose is opening a US headquarters in Denver to direct the brands rapidly growing apparel business here.

The Vancouver Sun newspapers quoted CEO Dani Reiss as saying the companys sales would hit $150 million in 2013, up 25 percent from 2012. Sales are growing fastest in the United States, where brand sales could hit $30 million this year, Reiss told the newspaper.

Reiss also confirmed that the company has hired an investment bank to seek minority investors needed to help the company develop the brand globally.

The Denver office will serve as the U.S. headquarters and include a showroom the companys 20-person US sales force can use to show product to buyers and dealers. The four-person office will be headed by Ian Widmer, director of U. S sales for the company.
