Camping World Holdings, Inc. has closed on the asset and real estate purchase of Lazydays in Murfreesboro, TN, and it closed on the asset purchase of Lazydays in Vancouver, WA. The company expects to close on additional locations in the coming weeks.
Marcus Lemonis, chairman and CEO, Camping World Holdings, Inc., commented, “This completes the first batch of location closings, with more anticipated in the coming weeks.
Lemonis said he expects these locations to contribute meaningfully to the company’s market share momentum in each respective state, bringing top OEM brands and a more traditional RV product mix that aligns with its strategic priorities.
“We expect to continue to capitalize on today’s robust dealership M&A environment,” he said.
